Borough Theatre involved the refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed theatre/dance hall above a multi-use Victorian town hall which had a covered market, council chambers and library. We replaced the non-original raked stalls back to a flat floor with a retractable seating to accommodate a wider range of events and in doing so allowed them to reach out new audiences and develop new revenue streams. It is a significant cultural and social hub in Monmouthshire.
