Tallinn highlights : Seaplane Harbour Museum. The concrete domed hangars were built for the storage of Peter the Great’s military seaplanes. The three concrete shells are only 8cm thick which is remarkable, especially for 1916! The submarine was built by Vickers on the River Tyne by order of the Estonian Navy. #dematosryan #ontour #architecture #architecturedaily
