At 230,000m2 of mixed use, Towarowa 22 is currently the largest single new development in Poland. It will create an entirely new urban block in the heart of the Wola district of Warsaw. A rising landscape reveals and conceals a representation of the original 19th century city, which was otherwise lost in the second world war. Superblocks ‘hover’ above this new park and present the new face of modern Warsaw as a world class city, accommodating new places to live, work and to be entertained.
