This mixed-use scheme includes a change of use, roof extension, rear extension and complete remodelling of the building’s interior.

The ground floor and the basement are dedicated to commercial use while the upper floors have been converted to high-end residential dwellings.

The proposed design evolved form an analysis of the site and its constraints. We studied the way the site is seen and perceived from different angles and locations to ensure the building sits comfortably within its historic setting.
